The questions we get most

Is the price really fixed?
Yes. The fare you see covers the vehicle, the driver, fuel, tolls and airport parking. There is no meter, no luggage charge and no night surcharge — the number you are quoted is the number you pay.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track the flight. Your driver adjusts to the actual landing time and waits up to 60 minutes after you land at no extra cost.
Which airports do you cover?
Tunis-Carthage (TUN), Enfidha-Hammamet (NBE), Monastir (MIR), Djerba-Zarzis (DJE) and Tozeur (TOE), plus the cruise terminal at La Goulette.
Do your drivers speak English?
Yes — and French, Italian, German and Arabic. Tell us which you would rather have and we assign a driver accordingly.
How do I pay?
Cash to the driver in euro or dinar, or by bank transfer in advance. Nothing is charged to a card up front and we hold no deposit.
Is a private driver cheaper than several transfers?
Usually, if you are making more than two stops in a day. Send us the itinerary and we will quote both so you can compare.
